If the shipping box is noticeably damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If the product is defective we have two convenient ways you can file a claim directly with Evergreen: online or call one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives.
2. Start the Claim
Click the “Claims” button on your dashboard.
On the next page, select a recent order from the Invoice Number menu. Or enter the SKU in the Item Number box and click “Filter Invoices” to show only invoices that include that item.
3. Enter Details
Type in a contact name and phone number.
Find the item that you need to claim on the list below, type in the quantity claimed, then select the issue and your desired resolution using the drop-down menus.
Repeat this process for each item you need to claim on this order.
4. Finish Up
Include additional notes or instructions for us in the notes box near the bottom.
Click the “Submit New Claim” button to send in your claim.
You’ll get an email confirming that your claim has been received. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process the claim.
